4. Demonstrations and evaluation of cargo bikes

Short transports of cargo items, mostly the purchase of daily goods, is a critical activity for city households when it comes to everyday life without a car (Henriksson 2008). We will therefore conduct an intervention study together with one of Riksbyggens housing cooperatives in the south of Stockholm. The tenants will have access to three cargo bikes (one powered by electricity). Evaluation will be conducted by questionnaires (one before and one after), interviews, booking and travel statistics.
